I couldn't find a business called "UX Pro Design Studio" in my searches, so I can't tell you what it is.

- **Closest match:** The search engine returned "UX studio", a different company. It's a UX/UI design agency founded in 2013 in Budapest, Hungary. It reportedly has 60+ people and has worked for clients like Google, Netflix and HBO. It offers UX research, UI/UX design, design systems and AI design and research. I have no evidence it's the same as "UX Pro Design Studio", so don't assume it is.
- **Kitchener-area results:** A search tied to Kitchener turned up no company with that name. It did list other local design firms, such as CreativeFlo (Kitchener) and Hexagon Studio (Waterloo).
- **Possible reasons:** The business may go by a slightly different name, be very small, or have little online presence.

If you have a website, a location or a person's name connected to it, send that along and I can look again. Be careful with unfamiliar studios, and check reviews and a real business address before paying for anything.
