**[Candid Creative](https://candidcreative.ca/)** is a strong match: it identifies itself as a Kitchener-Waterloo agency and explicitly says it builds custom websites using **Next.js or Astro**. It offers design, development and hosting for Ontario small businesses, with a “Book a call” option on its website.

Another local option is **[Micton Web Design](https://mictonwebdesign.com/)** in Kitchener. It offers custom web design and lists **React / Next.js** for its SaaS development services. Contact: **226-600-5925** or **contact@mictonwebdesign.com**.

For a business website specifically built in Next.js, I’d start with Candid Creative and specify that framework when requesting a quote.
