# Websites, brand, product and search for Guelph

Reviewed 17 October 2026. Canonical page: https://uxpro.ca/locations/guelph

Guelph is close enough to meet and far enough that we plan the meetings around the milestones rather than the week. Here is how that works.

Where we work here, and how:

- Downtown Guelph: In person by arrangement, for the kick-off and launch.
- The university area: In person by arrangement. Spin-outs, labs and campus-adjacent businesses.
- The south end and Hanlon corridor: In person by arrangement, on a call between.
- Fergus, Elora and Rockwood: On a call, and in person when the project warrants the drive.

How we meet:

- **By arrangement:** In Guelph for the kick-off and the launch walkthrough, agreed at the start.
- **Remote:** Reviews on a call, a staging link and written notes between.

## Does UXPro work with Guelph businesses, and can we meet?

Yes. UXPro is a design studio in Kitchener, about half an hour from Guelph. We design and build websites, design products and apps, make brand identities and pitch decks, and handle search and AI visibility for Guelph practices, shops and startups. We meet in Guelph by arrangement, usually for the kick-off and the launch walkthrough; the rest runs on calls and a staging link. Every project is one fixed quote.

## Calm sites for practices, clear decks for research.

What each service looks like for Guelph practices, family services and founders.

- [Website design and build](https://uxpro.ca/services/website-design-build): Sites for practices and family services that have to be calm, clear and quick on a phone.
- [Branding and identity](https://uxpro.ca/services/branding): Identity for a practice, a shop or a new company, tested on the things it will actually print.
- [Pitch deck design](https://uxpro.ca/services/pitch-deck-design): Decks and grant narratives that explain technical or research work to a reader who is not a specialist.
- [UX and UI product design](https://uxpro.ca/services/ux-ui-design): Product design for spin-outs and small software teams, from first flow to developer hand-off.
- [SEO and content](https://uxpro.ca/services/seo-content): Pages and guides that answer what Guelph clients and patients actually type before they call.

## Meetings by arrangement, and what Guelph sites need.

In person, by arrangement

Name, place and number:

- **Studio:** UXPro Design Studio
- **Based in:** Kitchener, Ontario, Canada
- **Email:** hello@uxpro.ca
- **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern
- **Area served:** Guelph

No street address is published: the studio has none that matches a verified listing, and a local page should not invent one.

### What “by arrangement” means

We agree the in-person meetings at the kick-off, tied to milestones: usually the first conversation and the launch walkthrough, sometimes the main review. Everything else runs on a call, written notes and a staging link. You always know in advance when we are coming.

### Practices and family services

A family-law practice, a dental clinic or a child-care centre is read by someone anxious, often on a phone, sometimes on a shared one. The site has to answer the first question before the second is asked, and some of them need a quick-exit button or forms that collect nothing sensitive. Three of our studio concepts are set in Guelph for exactly this reason.

- Fees and first steps in plain view
- Forms that ask only what they need
- A quick exit where the reader's safety calls for one
- Waitlist and booking status a parent can check

### Research and agri-food founders

Guelph's economy leans on the University of Guelph and a large agri-food and life-sciences sector. Founders coming out of that work usually have a strong result and a hard time explaining it to an investor or grant reviewer outside the field. That is a deck and product-story problem, and it is one we like.

### Found in Guelph, not in Kitchener

Searches made in Guelph show Guelph results. Our address does not help you rank there; your own Google Business Profile, your own address and pages that name the neighbourhoods you serve do. We set those up as part of the build.

## What we measured for Guelph

Guelph is not in the index's frame: the Guelph Chamber publishes its member directory only as a flip-book PDF, with no crawlable list of websites. For a family-law practice, a clinic or a child-care centre, the figures that matter are about the first form and whether the page can be read, so those are shown across all 187 Ontario sites.

- Guelph sites in the index: None. No Guelph site is in the 2026-10b edition.
- First-contact form asks for health or case details: 13 of the 139 sites where we found a form.
- Page language declared: 96% of 187 homepages.
- Passed every text-contrast check we ran: 16% of 187.

*A flagged form is not a finding of non-compliance. The index sets out the rule it used and why we recommend collecting sensitive details later, by a person.*

## Work that fits this page, each piece labelled.

No Guelph client work is published on this site, so none is claimed. Three of our studio concepts are set in Guelph, each drawn around a reader who is anxious or in a hurry.

- **[Marrow & Vance Family Law](https://uxpro.ca/work/marrow-vance)** (Family law · concept site · Concept): A family-law site read on a phone someone else can pick up: a Quick exit in the same corner of every page, the fee published with the tax, and a booking text that never names the firm. Marrow & Vance Family Law — what to bring, narrowed by topic, none of it required · studio concept
- **[Russet Early Learning](https://uxpro.ca/work/russet-early-learning)** (Child care · concept site · Concept): The waitlist position by age group, updated weekly, today's menu, CWELCC explained, and a tour booking, with no identifiable children. Russet Early Learning — the four age-group shapes on the cubbies, the same as on the waitlist · studio concept
- **[Harrow & Vale Dental](https://uxpro.ca/work#projects)** (Dental clinic · concept local listing · Concept): A self-directed study of a business-profile card built to answer the questions a local search actually asks — is it open, where is it, how do I get there — shown beside the location page it comes from and a printed directions leaflet, with no invented ratings. Concept. No client, nothing shipped, no results.

Marrow & Vance Family Law, Russet Early Learning and Harrow & Vale Dental are studio concepts: no client commissioned them, nothing shipped, no results. Any address shown on them is illustrative.

## Guelph questions: trips, spin-outs, forms and accessibility.

### What do you check on a practice's first contact form?

Whether it asks for health or case details before anyone has spoken to the client. In our index, 13 of the 139 Ontario sites where we found a form did. For Guelph practices we design first-contact forms that ask only what is needed to reply, and leave the sensitive details for a conversation.

### Will you come to Guelph to meet us?

Yes, by arrangement. We agree the in-person meetings at the kick-off, usually the first conversation and the launch walkthrough. The rest runs on calls, written notes and a staging link, so nobody spends a morning on Highway 7 for a ten-minute decision.

### Is a studio in Kitchener more expensive for a Guelph client?

No. Our prices are published and do not change with distance: Standard From $1,500 CAD + HST (typically two to three weeks), Growth From $3,500 CAD + HST (typically four to six weeks) and Premium From $7,500 CAD + HST (typically eight to twelve weeks). Care plans are $250, $650 and $1,200 a month. Planned trips to Guelph are part of the quote, not an extra line.

### What kinds of Guelph businesses do you design for?

Practices such as law firms, clinics and accountants, family services such as child care, local shops and trades, and founders with a product or a raise to explain. Our sector pages set out what each one needs and the rules it works under.

### Can you help a research spin-out explain what it does?

Yes. That is deck and product-story work: finding the one sentence a non-specialist will repeat, then building the slides and the website around it. We need you in the room for the science; we bring the structure and the design.

### How long does a Guelph project take, trips included?

Websites by tier: Standard, typically two to three weeks; Growth, typically four to six weeks; Premium, typically eight to twelve weeks; the quote names the launch date. Brand identity is agreed in the written quote. Pitch decks are quoted against your meeting date.

### Does a clinic or child-care site in Guelph have to be accessible?

The AODA website rule applies to Ontario organisations with 50 or more employees, and it names WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Below that size it is not a legal requirement for the site, but parents and patients with disabilities still need it to work. The accessibility checks each journey must pass are listed in your quote.

## Plan the Guelph meetings at the first call.

Start a project and we agree which meetings happen in Guelph, or begin with a Redline of your current site.

- [Request a free Redline](https://uxpro.ca/redline)

Start a project asks a few questions about what you need. We read it and reply, and after the first conversation you get one fixed quote and a timeline in writing.
