# Product, pitch deck and website design for Toronto and the GTA

Reviewed 17 October 2026. Canonical page: https://uxpro.ca/locations/toronto-gta

Same published prices as in Kitchener. We work with GTA founders and firms mostly on calls and shared links, and come into the city when a room is worth the 401.

Where we work here, and how:

- Toronto: In person for a kick-off or launch, on request. Everything else on calls and shared links.
- Mississauga: Video calls and a staging link. Tokas Lex has an office here.
- Brampton: The same arrangement. A second-language page set is quoted as its own line.
- Markham and Richmond Hill: Video calls and a staging link, in person on request.
- Scarborough, Etobicoke and North York: Neighbourhood pages only where there is real work to show.
- Oakville, Burlington and Vaughan: The western and northern edge of the GTA, same arrangement.

How we meet:

- **In person:** A kick-off or a launch, on request.
- **Remote:** A video call for the kick-off and each review, a written brief, and a prototype or staging link.
- **Built here:** [Tokas Lex Law Office](https://uxpro.ca/work/tokas-lex-law-office), Mississauga office

## Can a Kitchener-Waterloo studio design for a Toronto company?

Yes. UXPro is a design studio in Kitchener-Waterloo that works with Toronto and GTA startups and firms on product and app UX, pitch decks, brand identity, websites and search visibility. Most of it runs remotely: a kick-off call, a written brief, reviews on a video call and a prototype or staging link you open whenever you like. We come into the city for the kick-off or launch when it helps. The price is one fixed quote, agreed before anything starts.

| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| How we work | Mostly remote, in person on request |

| Also | Multi-office websites, search and AI visibility |

| Website builds | From $1,500 CAD + HST, by tier |
| Care plans | $250, $650 or $1,200 CAD a month |

## Decks and product for GTA founders, multi-office sites for GTA firms.

Six services, as Toronto and GTA clients usually use them.

- [Pitch deck design](https://uxpro.ca/services/pitch-deck-design): Decks for founders raising in a city with a lot of investors and very little patience for slide twelve.
- [UX and UI product design](https://uxpro.ca/services/ux-ui-design): Product design for small teams who need senior design thinking before they can hire an in-house team.
- [Mobile app design](https://uxpro.ca/services/mobile-app-design): Consumer and B2B app design, phone-first, with every state drawn for the developers.
- [Website design and build](https://uxpro.ca/services/website-design-build): Practice-area and multi-office sites for GTA firms, with depth per service rather than one overview page.
- [Branding and identity](https://uxpro.ca/services/branding): Identity for a company about to be compared with better-funded competitors on the same screen.
- [AI search visibility](https://uxpro.ca/services/ai-search-geo): Pages written so search engines and assistants can quote what you do accurately.

## Remote by default, and where we fit in Toronto.

Remote first, in person when it matters

Name, place and number:

- **Studio:** UXPro Design Studio
- **Based in:** Kitchener, Ontario, Canada
- **Email:** hello@uxpro.ca
- **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern
- **Area served:** Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan

No street address is published: the studio has none that matches a verified listing, and a local page should not invent one.

### Where we are and are not the right fit

Toronto has large, well-known product studios with big teams. If you need a dozen designers on one product for a year, hire one of them. If you need one accountable lead, published prices and a team that can take a product, a deck and a site from first sketch to launch, that is the work we do.

### How remote actually runs

A video call for the kick-off and each review. A written brief you read once and mark up. A prototype or staging link you can open on your phone between meetings. Email for everything else, answered by one accountable lead. Nobody loses two hours on the 401 for a decision that takes ten minutes.

- Kick-off and reviews on a video call
- A written brief before any design starts
- A link you can open on your phone, any time
- In person for the kick-off or launch, on request

### Search in the GTA is a depth problem

A Toronto firm competes with firms that spend heavily on ads. Organic search here rewards depth: a page per practice area or service, guides that answer the exact question, and structured data generated from your own words. Volume of thin pages does the opposite.

### Several offices, one brand

Many GTA practices run two or three offices with different hours and staff. Each gets its own page, its own Google profile and its own enquiry routing, on shared templates so the brand stays one thing. That is how we built the Tokas Lex site, with its Mississauga and Waterloo offices.

## What we measured in Toronto and the GTA

Edition 2 of the index added the member directories of the Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill and Milton boards, so this page now has GTA rows of its own: 92 homepages across the 6 GTA places with at least 5 sites each. Toronto is the thin one. The Toronto Region Board of Trade has no public member directory, so its 6 rows are practices with a Toronto address listed by other boards and chambers.

- Markham, measured: 32 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 4.9 s (n = 31); 90% of 31 took longer than 2.5 s.
- Mississauga, measured: 24 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 6.6 s (n = 23); 91% of 23 took longer than 2.5 s.
- Richmond Hill, measured: 18 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 5.8 s (n = 17); 100% of 17 took longer than 2.5 s.
- Milton, measured: 7 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 8.3 s (n = 7); 71% of 7 took longer than 2.5 s.
- Toronto, measured: 6 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 7.4 s (n = 5); 100% of 5 took longer than 2.5 s.
- Thornhill, measured: 5 sites measured. Median simulated mobile LCP 6.8 s (n = 5); 100% of 5 took longer than 2.5 s.
- GTA places with fewer than 5 rows: Burlington 4, Scarborough 2, Unionville 2, North York 1, Brampton 1, Vaughan 1, Woodbridge 1, Aurora 1, Georgetown 1: too few each for a median, so none is given. Scarborough and North York are kept under the names the directories recorded, not added to Toronto.
- For comparison, every Ontario row: median simulated mobile LCP 7.4 s across 183 homepages, with 170 of 183 over the 2.5 s line.

*One Lighthouse run per site, from a convenience sample of business-association members. Toronto's 6 rows clear our 5-site floor but stay a small sample: read them as a direction, not a Toronto benchmark.*

## Work that fits this page, each piece labelled.

A clinic concept set in Mississauga and our own deck practice. The GTA law firm we built for is a text line here and a full study on its own page.

- **[Ellery Quiet Dental](https://uxpro.ca/work/ellery-quiet-dental)** (Dental clinic · concept site · Concept): A first visit explained minute by minute, prices for five procedures, and a booking that asks for no health details before the visit. Ellery Quiet Dental — the first visit, minute by minute · studio concept
- **[Funded — pitch deck practice](https://uxpro.ca/work/funded)** (Pitch decks · studio practice · Our own practice): Four startup concepts, each with its own audience, message and visual identity. Original studio studies for Zonely, Embergrid, Serein and Tandem. No real fundraising process or business outcome is represented.

Ellery Quiet Dental is a studio concept: no clinic commissioned it and nothing was measured. Funded is our own practice; no founder's deck is shown. Tokas Lex launched in 2026 and has not shared numbers.

## GTA questions: meetings, deck timing, offices and rules.

### Does your website index include Toronto?

Yes, since edition 2, though Toronto itself is thin: 6 Toronto homepages, which clears our 5-site floor. The wider GTA is better covered, with 32 in Markham, 24 in Mississauga, 18 in Richmond Hill, 7 in Milton, 6 in Toronto and 5 in Thornhill, mostly from the four GTA board directories edition 2 added. The Toronto Region Board of Trade has no public directory and we did not substitute one. Each place's figures are on this page.

### Will we ever meet face to face?

If you want to. We come into the city for a kick-off or a launch walkthrough when the project warrants it. Most GTA clients find video calls and a shared link faster, because the review takes ten minutes and the drive takes two hours.

### Is a studio outside Toronto cheaper?

Our prices are published and the same wherever the client is: Standard From $1,500 CAD + HST (typically two to three weeks), Growth From $3,500 CAD + HST (typically four to six weeks) and Premium From $7,500 CAD + HST (typically eight to twelve weeks), and care plans at $250, $650 and $1,200 a month. There is no downtown overhead in the quote. Compare scope and who does the work, not the postal code.

### How fast can you turn a pitch deck around for a Toronto raise?

Quoted against your meeting date. Give us the date of the meeting or the send, and we plan backwards. Your numbers and your story arrive first; the design follows them.

### What does product design cost for a GTA startup?

Scoped and quoted before we start. A prototype of one core flow is a smaller job than a full app; the quote states which you are getting, what it costs and when it lands.

### Can you handle a firm with three GTA locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own page, its own Google Business Profile and its own enquiry routing, on shared templates so the brand stays one thing.

### Do Toronto law firms and clinics have extra website rules?

Yes. Law firms work under the Law Society of Ontario's marketing rules, clinics under PHIPA for anything that collects health information, and organisations with 50 or more Ontario employees under the AODA website standard. We offer a separate review pass for each, and say plainly that the legal reading is your counsel's.

### Who is accountable for the work?

Our founder leads every engagement and answers for it. The UXPro team does the design, build and writing, and you talk to the same lead from the first call to launch.
