What this site collects, and who sees it.
Three forms, three processors, no advertising trackers. This page says exactly what happens to what you type.

What we collect, and only when you send it
Nothing is collected until you submit a form. There are three.
- The Redline form (Request a Redline): your sector, your website address and your email address, plus one question about the site if you add one. If you have no site yet, you can say so instead of giving an address.
- The project form (Start a project): your sector, the scope you picked on the page, your email address, and your website address if you give it.
- The contact form (Contact): your name, your email address, your company or firm if you give it, what you need, a care plan if you pick one, and a budget band if you pick one.
- Our host keeps standard server logs for a short period, which include the address of the page requested and the IP address that requested it. We do not read them unless something has broken.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to do the work you asked for. The Redline form needs your site's address so we can read it, and your email so we can send you the Redline.
We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter signup hidden in any form.
Who processes it
Three services handle form data for us, and no others.
- Resend delivers the notification to us and the confirmation to you. Your name, email address and message pass through it.
- Airtable stores one row per enquiry, so that a single inbox rule can never lose your message.
- Vercel hosts the site and produces the server logs.
Where it is held
Each of those three holds data on servers outside Canada, which is normal for services of this kind and is the reason we keep the fields to a minimum.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, run by our host, to count page visits and to measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies and do not follow you to other sites. Vercel tells visits apart with a short-lived code made from each request, which it throws away after 24 hours, so we see totals (pages, referring sites, countries, device types, load times), never who you are.
A few small values are stored in your own browser and never sent to us: uxpro-motion remembers whether you asked us to reduce animation, uxpro:redlines remembers whether you switched our redline notes on, and, for the current visit only, the scope you built on the pricing page is kept so the project form can show it. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
If we add any other analytics tool, this page will name it, and this date will change.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and audit requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, the project record is kept for seven years, because that is what our accountant needs.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under Canada's federal privacy law for businesses, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@uxpro.ca and we will do it within the 30 days the law allows us.
You do not have to explain why. A one-line email is enough.
Children
This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Who to contact
UXPro Design Studio, Kitchener, Ontario. Email hello@uxpro.ca. The studio's founder is responsible for privacy questions and answers them personally.
If anything on this page is unclear, ask and we will rewrite it. A policy nobody can follow is not a policy.
