Where does UXPro work?

We are a design studio based in Kitchener, Ontario, making websites, products and apps, brand identities, pitch decks and search visibility work. Clients in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge meet us in person, and Guelph by arrangement. Toronto and the GTA work with us mostly remotely, in person for a kick-off or launch. The rest of Ontario, Canada and US companies work with us remotely, on the same process and prices.

The studio

We tell clients not to build a page for a town where they have nothing specific to say. The same rule applies to us: seven pages, each with its own work and arrangement, and no suburb pages.

Because a page for a town where we have nothing specific to say is a duplicate, and duplicates get filtered. Each page here carries its own work, its own meeting arrangement and its own questions. Hamilton and London are sections of the Ontario page until there is more to say about them.

No. The process is identical: the first conversation, a written brief, reviews on a call, a prototype or staging link, and the launch. Waterloo Region gets coffee, not a better build.

Yes, remotely across Canada, and for US companies. The Ontario-specific knowledge, such as Law Society marketing rules and PHIPA, applies here, and the Canada page says plainly where it does not travel.

No. We design products and mobile apps, brand identities and pitch decks as well as websites, and run search and AI-visibility work. Every location page lists all five.
