{What you get}
Six things on every SEO plan.
SEO here means two things: pages built so a search engine can read them, and content written for the questions your clients actually type. No link schemes, no 400-word filler.
A technical pass first
Crawlability, page titles, internal links, redirects, speed and the things quietly holding the site back.
Page structure that answers something
One question per page, stated as the heading, answered in the first paragraph.
Plain-language guides
One or two a month, written for owners rather than for other designers.
FAQ blocks and structured data
Marked up only where the answer is visible on the page.
Internal linking that means something
Guides point at the service page they support, and the service page points back.
Reporting you can read
Impressions, clicks, position and enquiries, quarterly or monthly, with what we changed.
You probably need this if…
- You rank for your own name and nothing else.People who already know you can find you. Nobody else can.
- Your service pages are three sentences long.There is nothing on them for a search engine to match, or for a visitor to read.
- Someone sold you 400-word blog posts.They answered nothing, so they earned nothing. Volume is not the job.
{Method}
One article, built from the question up.
One of our own guides, taken apart: the question it answers, the heading, the first sixty words and the markup generated from them.
1 · The question a client types
Do I need a separate page for each city I serve?
2 · Becomes the heading
Should a Contractor Have a Page for Every City?
3 · Answered in the first sixty words
Only for places you genuinely work in and can show proof of. A useful town page has real local projects, real local reviews, honest travel and pricing notes, and copy that differs from every other town page on the site. Twenty near-identical pages with the town name swapped are what Google's spam policies call doorway abuse, and they can make…
4 · Marked up from the page's own text
{ "@type": "FAQPage", "mainEntity": [ { "@type": "Question", "name": "Will thin city pages get me penalised?", "acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "They can. Google's spam policies list \"multiple domain names…" } } ] }

{How it works}
What the monthly work covers, and what it refuses.
A technical pass first, then a monthly rhythm. Nothing publishes until you sign it off.

Where we are not the right fit
- You need enquiries this month. Search work builds over months, and we will not put a date on it.
- You want a guaranteed ranking or bought links. We do neither.
- You need ads run. Ad spend and ad management are not part of the plans.
{Before we begin}
What owners ask about SEO.
Price, timing, what you keep and what we will not do. Straight answers, including the limits.
Ask us something elseHow long before SEO work shows up?
We will not put a date on it, because the honest answer depends on your market and on what is already on your site. Technical fixes can land sooner than content does. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying links or counting a search nobody runs.
Do I have to be on a care plan to get SEO work?
No. The monthly rhythm lives inside the Growth and Authority plans because that is the cheapest way to buy it. A one-off technical and page-structure pass can be quoted on its own, and plenty of clients start there.
Who writes the articles?
We do, from an outline you approve. You supply the facts, the numbers and the sector detail; we write the draft and you sign it off before it goes live. Your name goes on it, not ours.
Will you guarantee a ranking?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We can guarantee the work: the pass runs, the articles publish, the schema validates, and the report shows impressions, clicks and position. Google decides the rest, and it changes its mind regularly.
What does SEO and content cost?
From $650 CAD a month, plus HST, on the Growth care plan: one article a month, structured-data tuning, Google Business Profile upkeep and quarterly reporting. Authority is $1,200 CAD a month, plus HST, for two articles and monthly reporting with a call. Month-to-month. Cancel any time. No annual pricing exists. A one-off technical pass is quoted on its own, in writing, before we start.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to Google Search Console and your analytics, or permission to set them up; the questions your clients ask most often; and one person who can check the facts in a draft. We write from an outline you approve, and nothing publishes until you sign it off.
Do you work with businesses outside Kitchener-Waterloo?
Yes. We are based in Kitchener, Ontario, and content work runs on calls, email and shared documents, so it does not depend on where you are. Local search is different: it only works in the places you actually serve customers.
Is SEO the right fit if we need enquiries this month?
Probably not on its own. Search work builds over months and we will not put a date on results. If you need enquiries soon, fixing the pages people already land on usually moves faster, and paid ads (which we do not run) faster still. A Redline tells you which applies to your site.
