{What you get}

What we set up on the listing.

If people find you on a map before they find your website, that map listing is your homepage. We set it up properly, keep it current, and build the location pages that back it up.

  1. Profile setup and clean-up

Categories, services, hours, service area, booking link and attributes, all checked against your site.

  2. Photos and posts

Real photographs, added monthly. A weekly post on the plan that includes it.

  3. Questions answered

We seed the profile's Q&A from your site's FAQ and answer from the business account.

  4. A review process that runs itself

Ask at the moment of the win, one tap, three prompts, and a reply from you within two days.

  5. Location pages with local schema

One page per place you actually serve, each with its own facts. No city-swapped duplicates.

  6. Multi-location routing

Separate pages, separate profiles and separate enquiry routing per office.

You probably need this if…
  • You are on the map, but not in the three that show first.Usually categories, review count and an incomplete profile, in that order.
  • Your hours on Google are wrong and nobody noticed.People turn up to a closed door, then leave a review about it.
  • You serve six towns and have one page.Nothing on your site says you work in five of them, so nothing ranks there.

{The artefact}

The review ask, and the facts that must match.

Two things we hand over on every local job: the review request your staff send, and the list of facts that have to read the same everywhere.

Sent the day the work is visibly done · one tap

Thanks for coming in. Would you leave us a review?

  1. 1What worried you before you came in?
  2. 2What changed once the work was done?
  3. 3Would you send a friend to us, and why?
The review ask — the three prompts we set up for every client · Example, not a client

What has to match, character for character

  • Business nameSpelled one way, everywhere
  • Address or service areaThe same line on the site and the listing
  • PhoneOne number, one format
  • HoursIncluding holidays
  • Booking linkThe same tool, the same URL

No gating and no incentives: both breach Google’s policy, and both are easy to spot.

{How it works}

Profile, reviews, pages, citations, in that order.

Profile, listings, reviews, pages, in that order. Distance from the searcher is the one thing nobody can change.

  1. Before the quote

    Audit the listing.

Your profile, categories, photos and every directory that lists you, compared line by line with your site.

    You receive

What is wrong, and one quote to fix it.

  2. First

    Clean it up.

Categories, services, hours and photos corrected, and the same name, address and phone everywhere.

    You review

    The corrected profile and listings.

  3. Then

    Start the reviews and pages.

A one-tap review request for your staff to send after each job, and a location page for each place you serve.

    You keep

The review routine and the pages.

  4. Every month

    Keep it current.

Posts, photos, questions answered and replies to reviews, on the Growth or Authority plan.

    You receive

Upkeep, reported with the rest of the plan.

A one-off clean-up, then upkeep on a plan.

A one-off profile clean-up and location-page build is quoted as one number, before we start. Monthly upkeep, posts and review handling sit inside the Growth or Authority care plan from $650 a month.

What moves the quote
  • How many locations and profiles you have.
  • Whether the listing needs a rescue: a suspension, a duplicate or a wrong address.
  • How many location pages the site needs, and whether the copy exists.
  • How many directories carry the wrong name or number today.

  • Paid Local Services Ads or any ad spend.
  • Buying reviews, incentivising them, or filtering who gets asked.
  • Fake locations or keyword-stuffed business names.

Where we are not the right fit

  • You want a map position guaranteed. Nobody can promise one.
  • You want pages for cities you do not serve. They get filtered out and make the rest of the site look thin.
  • You want to offer discounts for reviews or ask only happy customers. Both break Google's rules.

{Before we begin}

Map-pack questions, answered plainly.

Price, timing, what you keep and what we will not do. Straight answers, including the limits.

Ask us something else
How long does local SEO take to work?

We will not put a date on it. Profile fixes tend to show before reviews and location pages do, and those compound over months. Distance from the searcher is a factor nobody can change, so a Kitchener shop will not rank in Guelph's map pack without something real in Guelph.

Can you guarantee a spot in the map pack?

No. We can complete and correct the profile, fix the listings, build the location pages, and set up the review flow. Those are the levers that exist. Anyone guaranteeing a map position is selling you something they do not control.

Do I need a page for every city I serve?

Only for the places you genuinely work, with something real on the page: a named client, dated work, the travel arrangement. A page that swaps the city name and nothing else gets filtered out, and it makes the rest of the site look thin.

How do I get more reviews without breaking the rules?

Ask everyone, at the moment the work is visibly done, with a one-tap link and three prompts. Never offer a discount for one, and never ask only the happy clients. Both are against Google's policy and both are easy to spot.

What does local SEO cost?

The one-off profile clean-up and location-page build is quoted as one number, in writing, before we start. Upkeep, posts and review handling run inside the Growth care plan, from $650 CAD a month, plus HST. Month-to-month. Cancel any time. No annual pricing exists.

Do I need a public street address to appear on the map?

No. Google lets a service-area business that visits its customers hide its address and list the areas it serves instead. A shop or clinic that customers visit should show its address, and it must match the listing exactly.

What did Orient Barber Shop see?

400% more online bookings in the two months after launch, and 70% fewer no-shows, as reported by the shop. That followed a new site and booking flow as well as the profile rebuild, so we do not credit the listing alone.

What do you need from us to start?

Owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile, the list of places you actually serve, and one person on staff who will send the review request after each job.

Tell us where you want to be found.

Send a link to what you have. One page, your homepage, read at 390 px phone width. Up to ten numbered notes, sent as a PDF. If you want help with the work, we quote one number in writing; if not, that is the end of it.
