Who we build for

Every sector has its own rules, its own enquiry shape and its own regulator. We build to those constraints instead of discovering them at launch.

The customer’s task, and the work in that sector

Why does the sector change how a website is built?

Because the constraints are real. A law firm cannot publish testimonials under the Law Society of Ontario's rules. A clinic cannot collect health details in a plain web form under PHIPA. A trade needs to be reachable from a van, one-handed. A daycare needs written consent for every photo of a child. Those four facts change the pages, the forms and the copy.

Sectors

Seven sectors, and what each one's site has to get right.

Three of these carry a regulator, so those pages name the compliance work as a deliverable rather than describing it in body copy.

Four constraints that change the build

  • A law firm cannot publish testimonialsThe Law Society of Ontario's marketing rules also rule out superlatives and expertise claims.
  • A clinic cannot collect health details in a web formUnder PHIPA that belongs in your practice-management system, not in an inbox.
  • A trade has to be reachable from a vanTap-to-call in the first screen, and a quote form of five fields.
  • A daycare needs written photo consentPer family, withdrawable, so staff must be able to swap a photo in minutes.

Questions

Three questions before you pick your sector.

Usually yes. The pattern is the same for any business where an enquiry is worth a few hundred dollars or more: answer the question, prove you are real, make the next step obvious. Send us your URL and we will tell you whether we are a fit.

It is a line item on the quote. The Law Society marketing pass and the PHIPA intake review are delivered as written checklists you can hand to your own reviewer. We design to the rules; your adviser signs off. We are not your lawyer or your privacy officer.

Law firms take the LSO marketing pass, and clinics the PHIPA forms pass. The AODA pass applies to every sector, and the website section of the regulation reaches organisations with 50 or more employees in Ontario. Each pass is a fixed-price product, quoted before we start.

Talk to us

Tell us your sector and what the site has to do.

Ask us first and we will name the constraints we already know about, and the ones we will check with your own adviser before launch.

A written review of what stops enquiries and what to fix first. Yours to keep.
