Form delivery: not tested end to end

The two forms validate, gate spam and deliver to email and a spreadsheet in code. No real submission has been put through a production URL, and the delivery keys are not set in production yet. This is the point we check monthly for every care-plan client, so failing it ourselves is the least defensible item on this page.

Limits of this reading

• A pre-launch reading of the rebuilt site, not of the live uxpro.ca; the deployed site can differ.
• It stays on the ledger, marked as a failure, until a later dated record shows it fixed.
