Form delivery: arrived with the configuration

The pricing configurator on the live site, driven in headless Chrome at phone width. Each tier was selected on /pricing with add-ons (Standard with none; Growth with the care plan and the AODA pass; Premium with extra pages, the LSO, PHIPA and AI Visibility passes). The configurator built the /contact address with the tier and add-ons, the contact page showed them, the browser sent them with the message, the confirmation named the tier, and the studio notification carried the "Package asked about" and "Add-ons configured" lines, read by the founder. The care-plans page's handoff filled the plan field. Submitting the empty form produced the error summary, which received focus.

Limits of this reading

• One pass per tier on one night. It says the handoff worked then, not that it will after the next change.
• A visitor with JavaScript off still sends the message, but the tier and add-ons travel in the address bar and are not carried into the form without scripts.
• A reading of the live uxpro.ca on this date, under its production configuration; a later deployment can differ.
• A pass holds for this date and this build only; the point is re-checked on every update.
