Sitemap: generated, not yet reconciled
The sitemap is built from one route manifest, which is right. It currently lists every page in the plan, including pages still being built, so some entries would answer 404 today. It has to be reconciled against the deployed route list before launch.

Limits of this reading
- A pre-launch reading of the rebuilt site, not of the live uxpro.ca; the deployed site can differ.
- It stays on the ledger, marked as a failure, until a later dated record shows it fixed.
