No street address is published: the studio has none that matches a verified listing, and a local page should not invent one.

Your listing at the centre; every citation linked.

  1. Most local searches here are settled on the map

Someone looking for a barber near King and Victoria or a paralegal in Waterloo sees three map results before any website. So the Google Business Profile is part of the build, and the site is written to back up what the listing claims.

    • Categories, services and prices filled in properly
    • Hours that match the site, holidays included
    • Reviews asked for at the moment a job goes well
    • A page for each town you genuinely serve
  2. A room for the decisions, a link for everything else

We meet in person in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, and in Guelph by arrangement. That is usually three meetings: kick-off, the main design review and the launch walkthrough. In between, you get a staging link or a clickable prototype and written notes, which is quicker for both sides than another drive.

  3. One region, two markets

Waterloo Region has a dense professional-services market and a software sector beside it. A clinic in Kitchener competes on the map with the clinic down the street; a product team in Waterloo competes for users and investors who never visit. We do both kinds of work, and we keep them apart: local search for the first, product and deck design for the second.

Measured, not claimed

What we measured in Kitchener-Waterloo

Nothing local yet, and we would rather say so than borrow a number. Our Ontario Practice Website Index measured 187 law, clinic and accounting homepages listed in chamber directories in London, Ottawa, Barrie, Hamilton, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill and Milton. Kitchener and Waterloo are not in it: the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber serves its member directory through a widget its robots.txt closes to crawlers, and we did not swap in another source. The figures below are Ontario-wide.

  • Kitchener and Waterloo sites in the indexNone. No Kitchener or Waterloo site is in the 2026-10b edition.
  • Median simulated mobile LCP, Ontario-wide7.4 s, across the 183 homepages Lighthouse could measure.
  • Slower than Google's 2.5 s line170 of 183 homepages (93%).
  • Phone number tappable on the homepage73% of 187 sites.

One Lighthouse run per site on a simulated mid-range phone, from a convenience sample: a baseline, not a ranking. A Waterloo Region edition would need its own sampling frame, and we have not drawn one.

Built here

Work we built in this region.

Built here: a Kitchener shop where the site, the map listing and the booking flow were made to agree, plus a law firm with an office in Waterloo. Beside them, a Kitchener trades concept, labelled as one.

Questions

Kitchener-Waterloo questions: meetings, cost and who does the work.

Not yet. Our Ontario Practice Website Index (187 practice homepages) drew its sample from chamber and board-of-trade directories in London, Ottawa, Barrie, Hamilton, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill and Milton. The Kitchener Waterloo chamber's directory is closed to crawlers by its robots.txt, so the index has no Kitchener or Waterloo rows. We would rather publish nothing local than stretch a provincial figure to fit a city; the Ontario-wide numbers are above, and the method is in the index.

Yes. We meet in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, and in Guelph by arrangement. Most projects need three meetings: the kick-off, the main design review and the launch walkthrough. Everything in between runs on written notes and a staging link or prototype, which you can open whenever suits you.

Our published tiers are Standard From $1,500 CAD + HST (typically two to three weeks), Growth From $3,500 CAD + HST (typically four to six weeks) and Premium From $7,500 CAD + HST (typically eight to twelve weeks). Care plans after launch are $250, $650 and $1,200 a month. Prices are the same wherever the client is, and every project is one fixed quote agreed before work starts.

No. Websites are one of five things we do. We also design products and mobile apps, make brand identities, design pitch decks, and run search and AI-visibility work. Plenty of local clients start with one and add another later, such as a brand refresh before a new site.

Website builds by tier: Standard, typically two to three weeks; Growth, typically four to six weeks; Premium, typically eight to twelve weeks. The quote names the date. Brand work is agreed in the written quote. Product and deck work is scoped first, then dated in the quote.

Law firms, clinics, accountants, trades, child care, salons and barbershops, and startups. Each sector has its own page with what we build for it and the rules it has to follow.

If your organisation has 50 or more employees in Ontario, the Integrated Accessibility Standards require your public website to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Smaller organisations are not bound by that section, but the same standard makes a site easier for everyone to use. We offer a separate AODA review if you need one.

The UXPro team, with our founder as the accountable lead on every project. You get one person who answers for the work, and the design, build and writing are done by the team.

Yes. We work across Ontario, remotely across Canada, and take on remote work for US companies. Kitchener-Waterloo is where the studio sits and where in-person meetings are easy; the work itself is the same everywhere.
